Refund Policy
If the material of the fabric is faulty or there is another genuine issue with the dress, we are happy to provide a 100% refund to the customer under the following special conditions.
i. The dress is not used.
ii. All the tags are intact nothing removed.
iii. Refund will be processed once the dress is received to us.
iv. Refund will only be processed for genuine reasons and complete inspection from our team.
v. We process the refund in 4-7 business days once we receive our package back.
vi. The return request is made within 48 hours after receiving the package
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible if the dress size is not accurate but on every product page we have given a size chart please make sure the size is 100% correct while choosing, exchanges will be processed on the following conditions;
i. Sizing issue but we request you to be very conscious about choosing size use our size guide.
ii. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
iii. The exchange request is made within 48 hours after receiving the package
